How to take backup of hard disk over a network

Command to take Image backup of specific drive :

Here i am taking backup of my hard disk sda1 to another host on the same network

 dd if=/dev/sda1 | ssh ubuntu@192.168.1.13 'dd of=/home/ubuntu/my_backup.img'
